Protein purification is a crucial step in the processing of IgG for reagent or pharmaceutical development. Existing methods for the selective purification of IgG for biopharmaceutical or research purposes are inefficient and expensive. In addition, the harsh conditions required for effective recovery often result in loss of antibody functionality.

RECEPTORS' AFFINITY SELECT™ Purification Supports are being developed to address this challenge in protein purification. These CARA® -functionalized affinity capture supports are designed to purify IgG from a sample matrix efficiently, effectively, and economically. The purification methods utilize gentle conditions to maximize recovery and functionality.
