Mr. Thomas Auth

  • Owner and Chief Executive of Vomela Specialty Company in St. Paul, MN 1990- Present
  • Vomela has seen revenues increase from $3 million in 1990 to over $40 million in 2004.
  • Mr. Auth has been involved as either an investor or a corporate CEO in the acquisition of more than 20 companies. Most notably, Mr.Auth was Chairman and CEO of ITI Technologies, Inc., a global security, life safety, systems software and communications company. Under his leadership ITI experienced tremendous growth and success. The company was recognized three times by Business Week and Forbes magazines as being among the best small companies in America. Mr. Auth was recognized in 1985 as the St. Paul, Minnesota Small Businessman of the Year. In the 20 years that Mr.Auth was CEO of ITI he raised over $120 million in financing and built annual sales to $125 million. In 2000, ITI merged with INTERLOGIX, Inc. which was then sold to General Electric in 2002.

Randolph K. Geissler
  • Randolph Geissler currently is the Principal of Brookwood Technology Holdings Company. His purpose is to selectively invest in technologies and companies and then be instrumental in the strategic development of those technologies and companies.
  • Mr. Geissler has over 15 years of experience as CEO and served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Digital Angel Corporation (Amex: DOC) from March 2000 until September 2003.
  • Prior to joining Digital Angel Corporation in 2000, Geissler served as Chief Executive Officer of Destron Fearing Corporation (NASDAQ: DFCO), a company that he founded in 1993 via the merger of his private company, Fearing Manufacturing, with Destron. This merger propelled the implantable electronic microchip into a worldwide success in the animal empire. Geissler also was President and Chief Executive Officer of Fearing.
